I appointed Maldon Lettings in 2009 at a very competitive rate to manage the tenancy of a single Flat in central Maldon very near their offices. They have reliably and regularly inspected the condition of the flat and reported back in detail, plus collected and passed on rent received without delay or failure. Securing new tenants and reletting has been carried out quickly and efficiently. Essential safety checks are organised without fuss, plus competitive quotations organised for any major repair or redecorations. Generally they have taken the strain out of property letting, and I would readily recommend them to others in a similar circumstance as myself.
