Things to consider when deciding which service is right for you…

Many people believe they are able to save money and manage a property themselves because they are either able to deal with any maintenance issues directly, or their property is new and therefore is unlikely to need maintenance.

We want to stress that with the numerous changes in law over the past 10 years, managing a tenancy long term has become much more complicated with many processes and legal requirements that MUST be followed by either the Landlord or the Agent.

Failure to comply is very serious and can be damaging to the Landlord, resulting in heavy financial penalties (for not issuing correct/required documentation/certification within strict timescales etc) or even prevent the Landlord from gaining possession of their property.
