In addition to the above includes:

  • Collecting a damage deposit registered to comply with current legislation
  • Compile a comprehensive photographic and written inventory/statement of condition
  • Update utility companies with ingoing/outgoing meter readings and tenants details
  • Rent collection with detailed monthly statements
  • Chasing of any late rental payments
  • Coordinating repairs with contractors, key cutting etc
  • Regular property inspection with detailed report to include photographs where necessary
  • Arranging renewal of safety certificates as required throughout the tenancy
  • End of tenancy check
  • Negotiation and refund of tenant’s damage deposit less any damage deductions

Initial set-up Fee: between 50% and 75% of the first months rent plus VAT

Management Fee: 8% plus VAT of monthly rent received
